Service is unbearable. Went there with my one year old this afternoon, when we entered the indoor area it was not busy at all, many empty tables and two waitresses just stood there staring at me. They did not say anything like ‘hello’ even we established eye contact, not to mention offer any help with a table. Eventually I managed myself to find a suitable table for the Kinderwagen. Upon ordering, I asked if they have iced Americano, the waitress asked me what do I mean. I explained it’s just black coffee with a lot of ice cubes.
