The location is good, near neuer Markt, where you can find transportation. I was only at the bar and they have a really good pool table and some really good beers, specially a really good banana beer. The price is not that friendly, but it's not one of the most expensive places in Rostock as well.

We love it! The Ursprung not only has an ideal location with a lovely view (close to the city center, the riverbank, the highway, shops, and playgrounds, yet super quiet!), the rooms are cozy and inviting (we love the peanut pictures!), and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly (shout-out to Jule and Astrid!). We've stayed there several times and rave about it every time!
