First, the air conditioning was turned off, and the restaurant was extremely hot. When we asked the waitress why it wasn’t turned on, she told us it was not worth turning it on because there were not many guests. Secondly, the food did not seem fresh. After we finished eating and asked for the bill, the waitress informed us that because we had not ordered any drinks, we had to pay an extra €3. This was one of the most disrespectful and unpleasant service experiences I have ever had. I
