Opened the window late, then was not able to close for the night (so room was very cold during the night). Told the front desk in the morning to fix it, but was not fixed 2nd night….luckily the basket and the bible could slightly limit the cold from coming in :-)

I often visit the bar here. The staff are friendly and fantastic. They are always pleased to see you. They are helpful and make recommendations if you are wondering what you want. I've never eaten here yet, but the food looks great and the people eating enjoy the food and atmosphere. I see people returning to eat often.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and fast service. However, some minibar items I didn’t consume were mistakenly charged to my room. It took some effort to get it corrected, but in the end, the issue was resolved. Overall, a pleasant stay, but attention to detail could be improved.
