Not friendly people working here. I have some problems with my ear and I got shouted at because I did not hear what she said, but I actually have some health problems. Waitress with orange hair was just not professional at all. My coffee looked very bad as well.

I frequently visit this Espresso House location and have become familiar with the three teams working here. One of the teams is incredibly professional, clean, and amazingly friendly. I have immense love and respect for them. Unfortunately, the other two teams (almost five people in each) consistently deliver poor experiences. When I see them, I know my day is likely to be disappointing. The coffee they make is excessively foamy, as if taking a bath, and their service is awfully disrespectful, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Had some hot chocolate and chocolate croissant. Both were delicious. The place is compact but has some cozy chairs. Free wifi helps in doing some social media browsing. Overall a good place to relax near Steglitz station
