Best sushi restaurant by a mile in Stuttgart. Especially if you prefer high quality over quantity. It comes at a price but worth every € spent. Going there since 10 years and still the best in town.

Having enjoyed sushi throughout Japan—from modest counter shops to celebrated high-end counters—I approached Sushiya at Feinkost Böhm with measured optimism. Its pricing sits in the lower-upper range, suggesting a certain ambition. My lunch visit however, revealed a number of inconsistencies. The experience began with an unexpectedly long wait at the entrance before anyone acknowledged my arrival. Once seated at the bar, I was directed to place my coat on the adjacent seat rather than having it taken, which felt somewhat at odds with the polished image the restaurant projects. Service through

Great sushi in Stuttgart! Fun and inviting atmosphere, fresh sushi, and a great selection. The rice was really sticky and congealed in the rolls which I don’t enjoy, and would prefer no mayonnaise on rolls, but it’s still the best in the area.

delicious sushi. remind me Japan sushi test where I lived one year. fresh and testy fish, good rice. yes, expansive but test cost of it. feel like in Japan ;-)
