Their Hummusapiens “All in One” Bowl featured hummus along with falafel, halloumi, makali (fried eggplant and potatoes), makani (beef sausage), bulgur, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and pickles. This was a tasty combination made with fresh ingredients, but the highlight was the creamy, tahini-rich hummus. And I'm questioning if it was the best one I had in my life 🤯 I got the Za'atar one, a timeless classic. The dough was just how I'd expect it, cooked and toasted to perfection.
