張俊傑★When I tried to ask something to the manager, she said “no English, German please.” I wanna know if this is a common situation in Germany? I thought that Germans have high proficiency in English, but the fact is the manager didn’t even try to communicate with customers in simple English. That is truly disappointing.

Cyrus Stouthart★I ordered here a few times over the past days and I am….. not really pleased. The waiting time is to long, they make each order on the spot, which makes the waiting time long. The McFlurry looked and tasted like butter the first time, the second time like something I would produce in the night with my wife. And I have a question, are the employees here forced to work here? Their attitude was not good(with an exception for the Asian employee, he was very nice). Overall, wouldn’t recommend
