Unfortunately, our order looked like this last time…and the taste reflected that, which meant we didn't eat it. Sadly, this isn't the first time, which is why we won't be ordering from there again. Even though the staff is super friendly, if the food doesn't taste good, it's no use to me. We were offered a replacement, but honestly…if the order looked like this before, the new order will almost certainly look the same half an hour later, and then even more food will be wasted.

The first time, we didn't file a complaint. We called the owner and politely pointed it out. And today we ordered the "Chen min Special" again. The picture, or rather the photo, really did show a mountain of shrimp. We thought, "Wow, you can't go wrong with that." We ordered it for delivery to our home around 8:55 p.m., and lo and behold, there were exactly three shrimp in it. Yes, there was some beef and some chicken, but it was a stingy amount. A truly fantastic place, highly recommended! I love ordering their duck chop suey; it's absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, they've recently started adding these little bits of jelly, which I assume are there to thicken the sauce. It's such a shame because I used to love ordering this dish, but I really don't want those lumps, as they completely put me off my food. I can well imagine that the restaurant receives a lot of orders and that not everything can be perfect; after all, we're only human, even under stress.
