Really nice atmosphere and customer service. Breakfast a la cart wasn't available which was kinda upsetting. Not sure if it was based on the company policy but overall the Breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from. Also non diary latte to go was available. Very friendly Service.

My daughter and I were visiting from out of town and stopped in to place a takeout order. While asking a waiter whether we should place the order with him or inside, we were met with an unexpectedly rude response. Instead of politely answering, he raised his voice and abruptly said, “Inside,” in a very unpleasant manner. An excellent place to enjoy the sunny days in Wiesbaden. Plenty of view in the open garden square in front (or in the back?) of the cafeteria. Serves very good brunch with a good variety of food. Expect big portions when ordering separate sweets. Coffee is alright. Service can be laggy at times, but nevertheless you have various reasons to wait, while watching the hot water vapors, or the magnificent interior. Anyway, staff is very helpful and friendly.

This cafe is in a perfect location. It has a great atmosphere and an appealing food menu. The prices are reasonable and not overpriced. Additionally, the drink and wine selection is excellent. It can get quite busy, so it may take some time to place your order. However, the staff is friendly and welcoming. If you're in this beautiful city that still exudes old German charm, this cafe is a must-try!
