First, we ordered burgers for takeaway. When we got home, we realized that one Long Chicken Burger was missing. We went back to ask for it, and instead of giving us the correct order, they gave us a Chilli Cheese Burger which contains beef, something we do not eat. When we pointed this out, the staff responded in an extremely reckless and careless manner, showing zero professionalism or respect. This is completely unacceptable. Such behavior is not only unfair but also shows how incompetent and irresponsible the staff are. Very poor service, very rude attitude, and absolutely pathetic custome

worst burger king experience ever. i waited for my order for over 20 minutes even tho there were 2 people infront of me. the food has been laying there the whole time. the stuff did not care. when i got the food it was already cold, also coke was watery and without ice.
