Kona is always a vibe! The drinks are great and so is the music. The rooftop is always jam packed, sometimes to the point where you can barely move, so if you don't like that level of crowd, stay downstairs. Downstairs gets tight too, but not to the same extent. At any rate, the place has an energy and the location on Oxford Street is perfect for after party eating or shopping in the wee hours of the morning, all in walking distance. It's very safe!

Kona is a wonderful place to relax and get some great fun… the atmosphere is also lit, it’s a open air pub so it’s one of the ideal places to hangout in this Covid mess. The fun starts around 10 PM, just get there early to secure a place or be rest assured you’ll be standing for a long time, great food and the DJ is one of the best in Accra, tight security as well Just come around and have fun

However, I would like to take the time to say, Thank You to the men who assisted me during a crisis I had in the club on December 13, 2025. On that Saturday, I fainted in the club. Apparently I was becoming sick and was dehydrated. I would like to express my gratefulness to the men who assisted me during that incident. They were very attentive, and demonstrated kindness. This says alot about the man that patronize your establishment. They displayed compassion to me in my time of need. For that, I am very appreciative. From the security person and I will apologize as I did tap him on the shoulder when I realize I needed help, who went for help. To the customer who kept making sure I was okay.
