I went to tunnel lounge for a solo birthday and I must say that I was beyond impressed. I had Evelyn as my waitress for the night and Stephen as her supervisor. They both made the night special by taking videos and pics of me, getting others to wish me and even chat a bit with me so I don't get lonely. One of the best customer service I've ever received at a restaurant. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and those two.

Wonderful place and absolutely delicious food! I ordered a burger, and honestly, it was one of the best I've ever had. It's rare to find a burger this good, and I was genuinely impressed. My husband ordered the pork knuckle and was equally delighted with his meal. The prices are exactly what you would expect from a quality restaurant that knows how to cook and serves great food. The staff were excellent — professional, polite, and attentive. And to those who constantly complain about the service, I'd like to ask: have you ever tried smiling and being polite yourselves? When you read some of the reviews, it's all complaints about the service. Then you visit the place and find that everything is perfectly fine. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

They have the big air-conditioning units (it wasnt uncomfortably hot though) but we were a table of like 22 and its open air... so the mosquitoes and the heat was the only problem for us. However, this was the 1st restaurant we been to since beginning in Ghana that operators like a US restaurant with a fast turn around style. Also, They had a live band and singer on Saturday night. Plus there is a big glass wall so you can watch the chefs prepare your meal.

We had an amazing time at the Tunnel, the food was great, we wanted a reserved spot and we got just what we wanted, music was soft, customer service was super awesome, Susan served us and she was best at her job, had a great sense of humor and the staff with the birthday show was awesome…….over all we had a really nice time at the tunnel and we are definitely going back there. Highly recommend
