This little bar genuinely surprised me in the best way. Every cocktail is infused with strong Hong Kong-style elements and creative twists — the flavours are so enjoyable and unexpected that I couldn’t stop at just one. The interior is stylish yet relaxed, striking a perfect balance between atmosphere and comfort, making it ideal for slowly savouring drinks. The bartender is very attentive and patiently explains the concept and ingredients behind each cocktail, which adds a lot to the experience. Best of all, the pricing is very reasonable — almost every cocktail is $128. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to again and again.

Very small bar, the bar and stools height ratio felt a bit off. They specialize in coffee day time and turns into a bar in the evening. Many interesting cocktails but choose wisely. My friend had the 凱味街 and it was a miss, too fishy! Taste like water that soaked raw dried shrimp, couldnt taste anything else. But staff were very nice and hospitable.

Went to this bar with my friends, and I ordered the Canton Negroni during happy hour. . The Canton Negroni offered a unique twist on the classic Negroni with the spicy and sweet notes of Canton ginger liqueur. The ginger liqueur added a warm and aromatic element to the cocktail, balancing out the bitterness of Campari and the herbal complexity of sweet vermouth. It blended the spicy, bitter, and sweet flavour harmoniously, creating a dynamic and layered drinking experience. . The bar is quite small and offers various creative cocktails.

Very interesting selection of savory cocktails~ listed on menu from lightest to strongest. Went for the Scallop and it’s a great beginner for savory cocktails. Love the rice wine and slight umami note. Also tried the Keung Sour (great for beginners or people who like ginger ale), canton-knees (quite strong), salted lime very salty but nice. Quite pricey at $128 per drink with service charge but nice.

Dio is located along Aberdeen Street in Central. They are open from 10am to midnight daily and function as an urban coffee shop during the day and cocktail bar in the evenings. Both their coffees and cocktails are pretty good, Central prices, good baristas and mixologists on hand. Espresso is strong, bold and of good flavour. Stopped by recently for an Old Fashion as well, this was a nicely mixed drink, one that I'd gladly return to order again as well as to try other drinks on their list. Service is timely, environs good at Dio.
