A little cozy cafe up mid-level. Decent coffee and the pesto tomatoes feta open toast was delicious. A must-order if you are looking for proper pesto. Croissant and banana bread were served toasted. Nice little touch. Very pet-friendly. Great place to take your pooch on a hot day.
The ideal weekend brunch locate in mid-level. Quiet and chill vibe. Their all-day breakfast was good, but I prefer the Ton yung kung pasta, creamy with a little bit spicy.
Bussin french toast. Best I’ve had in a while. Literally so crunchy on the outside and warm/fluffy on the inside. It is better tasted with the drizzled maple syrup.

Visited this cafe in Mid-Levels, which I had bookmarked for a long time, with my friend on Boxing Day. . We shared the following dishes: -Tom Yum Cream Spaghetti with Shrimps (HKD118) The spaghetti looked glossy, with plump shrimps nestled among cherry tomatoes. The tom yum cream had a prominent aroma and gave the pasta a spicy kick. It was super creamy, coating the spaghetti and shrimp thoroughly, with a perfect balance of spiciness and creaminess. The spaghetti had an al dente texture, while the shrimps were fresh. -Beef Cheek Tomato Spaghetti (HKD118) Generously topped with grated cheese, the spaghetti was hearty. The chunks of beef cheek were tender and meaty, with a touch of collagen, while the tomato base gave it a warm, homestyle vibe. The mix of herbs and cheese the dish robust and comforting. -Peanut Basque Burnt Cheesecake (HKD68) The slice was dense and creamy, with a browned top that signalled its baked richness. The peanut flavour was strong and added nuttiness to the cl

There are a handful of coffee shops in the Mid-Levels including Double Black on Mosque Street. They have an indoor seating area and an open front with seating either inside or street side. Opening hours are 8am to 6pm (weekdays) and 9am to 7pm (weekends). They offer a traditional list of coffees, non-coffee drinks and savoury 'western' dishes they can prepare in the kitchen. Had a late breakfast here recently. Espresso was strong and bold, tasted good. Tuna filled croissant was a light portion size and tasted pretty good as well. Croissant was crispy. Service was quick, environs nice. This was a perfect light breakfast stop. Would gladly return to Double Black for coffee or light meal again.

This is a relaxing cafe near my home providing great coffee with nice desserts. Last time, we tried thai milk tea cheese cake which is very good. This time, we tried hochicha pudding🍮 which is nice as well. Their price is high. Yet this is the price tag in this location. We will come soon.

First, it was really difficult to get here with the stairs. Second, the customer service is incredibly horrible!! we arrived at 920am in the morning to avoid a line. Yes there was no line and there were empty seats inside but they told us to wait outside if we want to sit together as three people. The tone of the girl at the front was incredibly rude. She refused to help us arrange sitting, and there was one person occupying the entire table and she refused to let us take a seat from there. We are foreigners as well so I suspect that she was also being racist. Please address this with your staff. We were mistreated very rudely and yelled at.

Cozy cafe in mid level! It’s even a pet friendly one! We tried two spaghetti and both are awesome! Coffee are great too! Will be back next time!
