I recently visited the 2 AM Cloud Kitchen near my area for a late-night meal, but the overall experience was disappointing. We ordered veg fried rice and paneer fried rice, hoping for a quick and tasty meal. Unfortunately, the taste was just okay and not worth the money. The paneer didn’t even taste like real paneer—it had a strange, rubbery texture and lacked freshness. Even the veg fried rice was bland, lacking proper flavor or seasoning. While the rice itself was cooked properly, the overall taste didn’t leave a good impression. Another big downside was that they didn't have any cool drinks or water bottles available when we visited. For a kitchen that serves food late at night, having basic items like water should be a priority. It was really inconvenient and unprofessional. We also noticed that most of their business seems to be online delivery, so the dine-in setup and availability of items may not be a focus. I had a very disturbing experience with this restaurant. I ordered vegetarian food, but to my shock, I found a bone in the dish. This is absolutely unacceptable — especially for someone like me who follows strict vegetarianism due to spiritual beliefs. I immediately called the restaurant, and they asked me to send a photo. I did that right away. But after that, they have been completely ignoring my calls and not responding at all. No apology, no explanation, nothing. This is not just about food — it’s about trust, hygiene, and respect for customers’ beliefs. I hope others take caution before ordering from here, especially if you’re a vegetarian. Extremely disappointed.
