"Dropped by Pling Bar at the Pullman for some drinks and snacks, and it didn't disappoint! The vibe is super chill but still feels high-end—definitely a cool spot to hang out.The food was actually the highlight for me; the small bites were super tasty, especially the chicken tikka. Service was also top-notch—the staff were really friendly and quick with the orders, which made the whole experience effortless. Not a bad place. Comfortable, reasonable selection, average service. Something up with the price though....4 of us for drinks and snacks and the bill was over 60k. We didn't drink that heavily and we (thought) what we were ordering was standard drinks but seems the price of these was very very high. A shot of Codigo for example is priced about the same as a bottle costs. Obviously expect markup in a 5 star but seems very steep. I've drank in hotel bars around the world and this one stands out as my highest bill to drink ratio.

Last weekend, I had this opportunity to attend an international event here at pling bar. It was quite an interesting event where Renon bartender from Thailand came to serve, really interesting cocktails. I literally astonished to see the vibe and the ambience of the place which was literally complimented with their scrumptious food. The staff were very courteous and was very descriptive for their menu, which is interesting as they were very much aware as to what they were serving. I would love to visit the place again and take out my loved ones to dine there some other time kudos to the staff.

Apologies for not taking enough pictures because I got carried away in conversation but..,,,, I felt like they deserved the stars of a rating because of two things I want to mention (1) Their great new cocktail menu. Theres only a handful of signature cocktails but they are all great and besides it makes it easy if you are in a group- just order the whole menu and pass the glasses to sip and taste each one before you figure out which drink fits your drink style. ;) (2) Kebabs. Now I know kebabs are more than a dime a dozen dotted all over the city so why am I mentioning this specially?? Because for the first time in a really long time the tikkas and kebabs were not heavy on the spice. They were tasty and light with the perfect amount of char - i was sure I would NOT be groaning at midnight from heartburn from this food.

Had an amazing experience at Pling Pullman. Awesome food, with live counter for pasta, golgapps, dumplings, equally scrumptious veg and non veg menu. Amazing experience, must visit with family for a yumm buffet lunch time.
