Very disappointing experience and certainly my last visit. I had a non-veg sandwich, and the quality of the food was really poor. Soon after, I had an upset stomach and felt unwell for the rest of the day. I cannot say for certain, but it felt as if the meat or some of the ingredients may not have been properly stored or were not fresh. The overall hygiene standards were equally concerning. The restaurant was not clean, even during non-peak hours. The floor was dirty, there were flies inside the dining area, and the air conditioning was running at a very low setting, making the place uncomfortable. What surprised me most was that no proper plates or disposable dishes were provided. Even items like pizza were served directly on thick advertisement paper placed on a tray. Not even basic disposable paper plates were used, which raised further concerns about cleanliness and food handling practices. The staff at this café seriously need training in basic customer service. Their attitude is rude and dismissive, making the overall experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Hospitality is a key part of any café environment, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how customers are treated.

I recently visited MM Cafe and had an overall great experience. The drink I had was hands down the best I've ever had in my life – absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was also top-notch, creating a very pleasant vibe. However, the service was just okay since it was self-service. Considering the high prices, I feel the service could be improved to match the quality of the drinks and overall experience. Still, I’d highly recommend it for the fantastic drinks and ambiance.
