I come here often since my house is nearby, and it’s a good place to work. The cafe is great and the pastries and sandwiches are also nice. However, like many places in Baghdad, people smoke inside and the ventilation is not ideal. The restrooms are often not in good condition, and the overall cleanliness could be better. Still, it’s a convenient spot with good cafe.

Grinders is My favorite coffee house in this area tbh. My favorite order is toffee latte it’s so delicious. The place is comfortable and big enough, you can stay and work whatever you want without being bothered. The only thing i don’t like is that when i order something it’s only medium or large size there’s no small size and this is kinda expensive, anyway i like this place and hope they get even better I also suggest to add an ice cream machine. The sandwiches are my choice Whenever I go in the morning ,with tea of course. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. Nice place... helpful staff specially a young lady (cashier) was very funny and thoughtful... We ordered san sebastian cake and two non caffeinated cold drinks (I can't remember the names).... ummm the taste was ok.. nothing special... the place, decor and design is very nice... I think I will give them a second chance and pay them a visit to try coffee and tiramisu...
