I visited NOAH for Suhoor on one of the nights during Ramadan, and I had a fantastic experience. Their customer service is exceptional, and the buffet was incredible. There were many delicious choices available. The atmosphere was lovely, featuring beautiful decorations that, combined with the view of the Baghdad Telecommunications Tower and the restaurant's strategic location, made for a perfect experience. I would rate this restaurant a 10. I have visited on numerous occasions, and not once have I been disappointed.
