Authentic Italian bistro with great food and vibe, they offer fresh ingredients on everything and you can taste the freshness and homey&hearty in the chef’s food making . They have open kitchen and large spaces, suitable for big party too, staff are always always attentive and nice. Would never go wrong with anything really,reasonable price, desert and coffee are also top level. each dish on the menu is amazing and just cannot wait to return for more every time passing Carlow. We have been to Cafe 500 many times, and we have always left happy and satisfied. Both locations are lovely and the staff is very attentive. Saying the food is amazing wouldn’t be enough. Every bite takes you back to a Sunday at grandma’s. Highly recommended. Hands down the best Italian restaurant in Ireland. They really need to open a location in Wexford as well

Recently came here for a friends graduation party dinner. The inside of the place was so fun and unique! The staff were super friendly and attentive. We were a large party but everything came out quickly and smoothly. I ordered the Fettuccine Alla Boscaiola without bacon and it was FAB!! Looked amazing and tasted even better! Perfectly seasoned and overall great proportion size. Definitely would recommend if you’re a pasta lover!
