Was in today for a quick bite of a late lunch and was met with excellent service from Nizar at the main bar. Very polite and accommodating in seating us very quick too. Menus were given to us as we were seated. Leah took our order and was again very polite and friendly. There was a very short wait for our Toasted Specials and Soup. The food itself was very good. Fresh food. The vegetable soup was lovely and the toasted special was very well presented and tasted lovely. Ava did a check in with us to make sure everything was okay and see did we need anything. All in all incredibly pleasant and

January. €5 a pint. Lovely food. Had fish and chips and a burger and tasty and good value. Then hit the cocktails at 2 for €14 Even had the barman whip me up something off the list for same price. Had a lovely couple of hours and I think its the manager who was super helpful. She couldn't give us enough recommendations and even rang another bar as we wanted to watch a bit of music. Definitely be back.

I discovered Clancy's during the Cork Cocktail Week. An unusual set-up but not exclusive from pubs I visited in the city center. There are four different venues under one roof with a sports bar, cocktail bar, bar with pub grub, and another bar upstairs that I think has music, dance floor, or both. Full disclosure... I didn't check out upstairs to know for sure. Note: I took a photo listing all the names of the bars. Might find weekly info by picking up a Cork Independent (entertainment paper).

Food was cold when it came to the table, especially the onion rings. Asked for no tomato on a burger and it came with tomato. 14.50 for just a burger. Ordered taco fries and got normal nachos. No cutlery brought to table we had to go find staff to get some. Not checked on once to see if things were ok. No apologies for the wrong food or quite frankly terrible service. Not enough staff on. Wouldn't be going back for food in a hurry.
