William “El Chollo” Ichim★★★★★I have been sleeping on this bakery for too long!!! Beautiful! Came in for whatever pastries were left. Got a Morning Bun and Croissant Cup. Bossman threw me another Morning Bun for free/ to combat food waste. Bun was beautiful, sugary, slight buttery, nice flakiness. Cardamom is really nice alternative to cinnamon. Wish it was a bit more Cardamom though. Cup was the best! Fig Leaf oil gives the creamy chocolate filling that bit of nuance/balance. Beautiful waves of cream, air, decadent sweetness. Strawberries were very fresh! White chocolate was not heavy at all!
