Update, I've been back and have to say a man who works here is very kind. It was raining. The chairs were jwet bc it had been raining and he saw that we were sitting on them and he ran in and got blankets for us. Such an act of kindness ------------------------------------ Terrible customer service and terrible rotting vegetables. Overpriced. And the customer service at the coffee stand is deplorable. Two women one was nice. The other one was so mean and mean-spirited, and a bully. Will not buy your overpriced rotting vegetables or crappy coffee again.

Oh I'm going to really REALLY miss this place when I'll leave Dublin in a few days. Prices are indeed quite high but quality is awesome; I have tested their sandwiches, pastries, individual serves, etc. and never was disappointed. Staff is really nice too. I wish this place existed in my home country!

I used to love Donnybrook Fair, but since the layout change about a year or two ago, it really feels like it’s lost what made it special. The biggest draw for me was the range of international products and harder to find items that made it worth stopping by. I’d often pop in while passing just for the La Fermière yoghurts. Now the selection feels much more reduced, and sadly it just doesn’t have that same appeal anymore. It’s a real pity, as it no longer feels as distinctive as it once did. These days, I don’t even go in anymore. Service is alright, though staff can seem a bit grumpy at times.

Beautiful food and wine, all beautifully presented! They have an abundance of fresh veg, pastries, bread, salads, cheese, meat, and fish. They also do pre-made dinners which are really handy and absolutely delicious – I recommend the fish pie. They also have loads of snack bits like crackers and biscuits, and there's a huge wine section at the back with really helpful staff – it's even great just for a browse to be honest!
