Almond croissont was flaky and butter-licious without being overly greasy. Although the almond filling didn't pack much of a punch the subtle flavor was a nice surprise. Chocolate babka had hints of light cinnamon and dark chocolate while the dough itself was moist, dense, and light. I appreciated that the sticky topping was not applied too liberally. All of the pastries looked delectable!! If this were my local bakery my waistline would be in trouble. Keeping myself from coming every day would very difficult. The bakery also has a selection of breads to choose from such as baguettes, sourdo

Such a lovely pastry bakery! It has a really stylish and modern design while still feeling warm and cozy. Everything looked so clean, aesthetic, and thoughtfully decorated, making it such a nice place to sit and enjoy coffee and pastries. The display of pastries was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly too. Definitely one of the coolest bakeries I’ve visited in Dublin.

the quality of the baked goods here at elliot’s is phenomenal! i think i will dream about the maple pecan & sea salt caramel brioche for the next while… not to forgot the delicious spiced chocolate, poached pear & hazelnut tart. the coffee was delicious and perfectly mellowed out the sweet treats. the cafe is extremely busy especially on saturday mornings but the line moves quickly, also keep in mind the seating is quite limited! highly recommend this bakery, i’m already planning my next visit :)

Loved the pastries and the vibes! Perfect for a quiet morning with some coffee and pastry. The staff was friendly and warm. I went in for the blueberry croissant tart but unfortunately its weekends only. Tried the plum brioche bun and it was lovely as well.
