I was at this cafe yesterday. It had a great atmosphere, a beautiful location, and delicious food. Your pancakes are amazing! After a wonderful walk around the city, it's so nice to sit down with a cup of coffee in your place. I highly recommend it!

Ate here busy saturday morning with my daughter. Her cold order came immediately, coffees came after 15 mins, and no sign of my hot brunch until i mentioned to waitress. No apology just that kitchen was busy. Understood but i would have ordered a scone if i had known. 15 mins later i mentioned to lady at the till. Food came after 35 mins of ordering. My daughter had eaten hers as she had to go and i ate my brunch on my own, it was obviously left on a plate in the kitchen because it had cooled. I again mentioned after settling my bill. No apology at all, only attitude to argue it was 25 mins. I
