This has been one of our favorite places to hang out when in Limerick. It’s pretty much two bars in one. If you prefer the more traditional pub experience there is a front room that is awesome. They also have another bar in the back with live music and dance music one of the nights we were there. It’s a good time for sure.

I never rated very low or negative reviews mostly unless there is a huge concerns . I have visited nancys many times since I landed in Ireland and those experiences were amazing. Never felt any discomfort there. Bar staffs are amazing . But it’s all becomes worst tonight. We had a Very poor experience. This seems to have been an ongoing issue for over a year based on other reviews, and my experience matched that pattern. One of the best pubs in Limerick! Nancy Blakes has an authentic, old-school Irish pub design that instantly sets the mood. Great atmosphere with a lively crowd, especially when the live music kicks in. 🍻 There's a solid variety of beers on tap and a lovely courtyard out back that's perfect for a relaxed pint. There is also a fireplace! A must-visit spot if you're in town! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a really upsetting experience at Nancy Blake’s on 31 October 2025. My non-white friends who are doctors were denied entry by the door staff without any valid reason, even though we were sober, polite, and well-dressed. It quickly became obvious that non-white people in our group were being treated differently. White Irish patrons were allowed in easily, while non-white guests, including those of apparent Indian background, were turned away. This was clear racial discrimination, which is both unacceptable and against the Equal Status Acts. I've also taken note of multiple reviews that h
