For our final night in Ireland, my wife and I made reservations at Host in Dublin and decided to try the Chef’s Menu for Two. It ended up being one of the best dining experiences of our trip. We paired the meal with a bottle of Luis Seabra Xisto white wine, which was excellent. To start, we enjoyed the burrata with peaches and the shiitake mushroom arancini. Had such a lovely dinner tonight ✨ The food was incredibly fresh, every dish full of flavour and beautifully prepared. We decided to go with the chef’s recommendation, and it was absolutely the right choice, from the starter all the way through to dessert, everything was spot on. The service was superb too, attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. The vibe of the place is cool and relaxed, perfect for a chill evening out.
