Stopped in to get out of the rain on our way to the Guiness tour. Best choice we made all day. Best cappuccino I’ve had in Ireland yet. The baked goods were fresh and delicious. Staff was very polite and answered all our questions about their bakery items.

My experience with this company was disappointing, primarily due to the poor communication and customer service throughout the ordering process. There was a clear language barrier during a telephone conversation. I asked a simple yes-or-no question, but instead of answering it directly, the staff member interrupted me and began explaining how to place an order, which was not what I had asked. We popped in for breakfast and ended up having 2 pastries and 2 sambos with coffees. What a lovely place to chill and have breakie, lunch or a cup of coffee. Everything was delish and came in a big portion size!(compared to the size in the UK) I never ever liked fruit scones in my life that I wouldn’t get scone unless it’s plain. However Mannings’ fruit scone made me believe it could be a really nice treat. It’s far better than the ones from other bakeries.
