You need to book earlier. you need to make a deposit of 50 euros. at least you need to pay for 8 people. we were met by a guy who accompanied our group of children all the time. the staff is responsive. the only gaming machines in the hall partially did not work after the children paid. the question to the staff said they can't do anything. and they can't return the money either.
