Really outstanding food!! Every dish was done to perfection and the cocktails also really tasty and strong. Really a great experience. The waiters are very friendly but they need to be trained a little bit better (don't take away food if we're not done eating lol) Otherwise an amazing place overall
The food was not good, everything tasted like dishwasher. And the meat was just not cooked well. the service was nice. Probably better if you just go get cocktails. The price-food quality-quantity doesn’t feel right
Because it is on Chopin Street and near Jerusalem Theater,It has a music vibe, clever 🎵 music motif. Open Saturdays, which is great for us hungry and thirsty out of towners

Fantastic food and great atmosphere! Located in a gorgeous neighborhood, this restaurant delivers a top-tier dining experience. We went with 3 starters, 2 mains, and a dessert. Honestly, the food is incredible—there is clearly a very talented hand in this kitchen. The only dish that missed the mark slightly was the tartar, which tasted a bit bland to me. However, the presentation and execution were still beautiful. As for the service, the staff were friendly, but it could have been a bit more attentive and sharp. It is on the expensive side, but all in all, it's well worth the price

Stopped by Talbiye for an early dinner. Been coming here for ages, and now finally reviewing it. As usual, it did not disappoint. Started out with Guillardeau oysters. Which are some of the best French oysters around. Meaty, with a delicious, briny liquor, they satisfied my craving for bivalves. My dining companion had the octopus skewers. Surprisingly tender (My experience with other restaurants, the octopus is chewy), with a delicate mouth feel, and delicious flavor. Beef bourguignon was my entree of choice, tender beef, veg, and a delicious puree with gravy lit up my taste buds. My companion went with the pork ribs. The serving was quite large. Ditto with the tenderness, and flavor. The verdict was two thumbs up. Can't go wrong with Talbiye.

We came on Monday evening, with reservation. The place was full, so it’s better to reserve. It’s not my first time since it’s the closest place to eat before going to the theatre, same building actually. The waiter was very courteous and attentive, checking up on us right on time and still giving us privacy. We got a bottle of Soave and a bottle of Pinot Grigio. Both were good, dry and cold. For starters we got octopus and tomatoes salad. Both were on spot. I also tried their polenta and beef tartare on a different occasion: polenta - amazing, tartare 4/5. For the main course we got fish and duck: both very good, fulfilling and full of taste. Recommended!

What a perfect place. A real gem in Jerusalem, in a quiet and pastoral neighborhood. Service above and beyond expectations. The food is simply delicious. Pleasant music. Highly recommended place.

I ordered the polenta and beef bourguignon. The polenta was below average. I waited 30 minutes for the meat, only to find out that the kitchen had forgotten about it and had not even started cooking it. The bar experience was also poor. They started pouring a Guinness, then the bartender walked away to serve other tables. When he was asked, “What about the beer?”, he lazily resumed pouring into the same glass 10 minutes later
