Rona Ben★A truly disappointing and frustrating experience. I ordered two bags and ended up waiting 30-40 minutes for my order. Throughout this time, the staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked about my order, I was told, “We’re taking care of it,” but nothing was done. Eventually, I received just one bag. Only after I pointed out that I had ordered two did they reluctantly prepare the second bag for me. To make matters worse, one of the employees got angry at the cashier, and they started arguing in front of customers – an incredibly uncomfortable situation. On top of that, this same employee barely offered assistance to customers who had questions and seemed to ignore them entirely. During my wait, I encountered other customers who were also complaining, requesting refunds, or mentioning that they received the wrong orders. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning to this place.
