“First time eating here. Food was excellent, large portions and big side salad. My wife and I both had the honey/mustard chicken which was great. The portions are so big, next time we will spilt a meal. The focaccia bread was fresh baked and really good. Definitely going back again!”
“The waitress got many things on the order wrong, the food was not good and cups had soap on them making our wine taste like soap. Will not be returning.”
“Great food, home made food. Highly recommend. You get the first 2 hours for free in mall's parking”

Global★★★★Cafe Pola has a warm, welcoming vibe and friendly staff. The desserts are delicious and clearly made with care — definitely worth coming for. The food is good, nicely prepared, and the portions are fair. The coffee is just okay, nothing special, but overall it’s a nice place to relax and enjoy a treat.
Indiana Jones★★★★★Located in old west Rishon Lezion, Pola is a good well placed restaurant. 2 hours of free parking is provided by the underneath mall parking. The prices are moderate, the food is good and sometimes there are special oriental homemade main courses. Service is pretty fast, wishes are fulfilled in a reasonable time, bathrooms are clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. Overall the experience is positive.
Eva Soboleva★We were at this place and ordered an Israeli breakfast. I asked for a poached egg, but they brought me a boiled egg. I immediately asked for a replacement, I didn't even start eating. In the end, they refused to replace it. The breakfast was completely tasteless. The service was bad. I will never go back again, I will go to places with better service.

David Epstein★★★While the food was quite good, our primary problem was the service. The words 'disjointed' and 'sporadic' kept dropping up in conversations between the group members (we were a group of 12 there to celebrate a birthday). Issues started with appetizers. They were served to some and not others. A few didn't order appetizers and those were served their main course before all of the appetizers had been served. Then, there was a lull in service which left us wondering when the remaining appetizers would arrive. Eventually, after a few reminders to the servers, all appetizers were served. Then theain course delivery began, also haphazardly. Some received their main soon after the appetizer was cleared while others waited and entreated the servers to not forget them. After all mains were cleared and deserts ordered we once more ran into the sporadic and disjointed service... Some of us received their deserts while others did not. Coffee orders didn't show up until after deserts were pretty mu
#Жизнь★It was one of the most awful experiences I've ever had. The food is passable but shockingly expensive. The service is hands down the worst I've experienced in Israel. The plates and glasses were all dirty, with leftover food still on them. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else but here.
