I've never tried gluten-free pizza. I should point out the gluten-free option. The pizza is baked in the same oven as the other pizzas, the only thing separating it is a layer of parchment paper. While the gluten-free pizza was baking, the other pizzas were baked next to and behind it, overriding the gluten-free one. After I pointed out that I thought the pizza was contaminated, the owner, although convinced his baking procedure was correct and safe, refused to sell me the pizza. I strongly advise against gluten-free. You shouldn't joke with someone else's health. Gluten-free is a serious matt

A restaurant and pizzeria whose exterior betrays the best of what it offers inside. The cooking area and display counter are located just inside, followed by the highly appreciated open-view preparation area. There are several dining areas for guests, all very well-lit and clean. They are heated or cooled by air conditioning that is turned on on the spot. We only tried the pizza and were satisfied. Three varieties, all good. The service was fast and efficient. Returning will be a good excuse to try the restaurant. Good value for money, recommended.

Pizzeria restaurant, La Speranza, the place located in Santa Maria presents itself inside in a classic way, I wanted to try the pizzeria part, as a rotisserie everything was very good except the rice arancini, in my taste very hard, chicken wings a little spicy just right, potato croquettes and good French fries, the perfect pizza, not greasy, thin as I like it and not heavy at all.. I finished with the desserts: hazelnut truffle good, but if I can recommend taking the classic Tiramisu, also very good not too sweet. It's a pizza restaurant suitable for everyone: families and singles. The pizzas are usually good, and takeout is available. We also had a first and second course, and they were very good. I think it's a bit pricey (a fish first course costs €15), but I don't have much experience with restaurants, so I could be wrong. The staff is friendly.
