Maria Rossiello★★This morning I went to get a cappuccino and found a barista who was introducing a new colleague. There were four of us waiting, although I should point out that it was 8:00 a.m. I made it clear that I wanted a frothy cappuccino, given the others, but the lady served me washed water, dribbled it all over her hand, and took the cup out without even closing it. I paid 1.80 for washed water. She should change her job, both in terms of courtesy and professionalism. I've never had any problems with the other girls; they've always been attentive.
