We picked this because it was convenient to the main train station. The service was unfriendly, abrupt and unwelcoming which stood out because the people of Florence tend to be friendlier and welcoming. The panino and drinks were ok. The paninos are made ahead of time probably sitting around for a few hours. I don't recommend the pastries, they tasted stale and not fresh. Cheaper prices if you stand at the counter.

A quick stop kind of cafe. Offers some counter and booth seating facing the street, as well as a couple of outdoor tables. The footfall for this cafe never stops, so quick and courteous service is guaranteed. They offer to-go sandwiches, croissants, tarts and muffins, with other take away nick backs like chocolate, water and juice and gum. The perfect quick shop for a tourist on the go. The coffee is creamy and delicious.

If you need to choose one coffee shop to visit in Florence- come to this one. There are not enough stars to mark their service. They are about 400-400 m away from the train station. One of the few that were kind enough to offer, with a warm smile, oat milk to my wife. The coffee, as most of the Italian coy, was excellent… but the service…the service for every one and one customer - was out of this world. Don’t miss it!!!!

We took a weeklong trip around Italy (from north to south) yet this was the BEST coffee we had. We ordered two lattes which were amazing and very very affordable (1.50 euro ish I think). The foam, milk, and the coffee mixed so well together and we would definitely go back to Florence just for this coffee. The counter staff were also super kind and friendly. Definitely something to try!!
