N.★The staff were awful rude, so I must tell everyone what happened! “”There was a NAIL on the chair!”” I got cut on the back of my thigh approximately 0.3-0.5cm. I was bleeding and there was a hole on my pants. They didn’t allow me to go to the toilet to check my wound, saying the toilet is flooded, but I insisted and finally they did with a very rude manner. I called a friend who speaks Italian to speak with the staff, they were arguing. The staff didn’t want to do anything, no apologies, denied the existence of the nail until I showed them 5 times! At the front you can seat with the view of the amphitheater or go downstairs if you prefer quieter environment with a luxury. The interior design will complement your experience. We have been served by Raffaele and he did amazing job attending every detail of my requests. I was a bit of a state and needed that level of service and attention. You made my day Raffaele.
