It's not clear whether you're being bothered when you arrive at this bar or not...! In fact, it's quite clear because you're greeted with a half-smile that then turns into a joke but then promptly turns back into a frown, who knows...!!! The food was average (two starters), the service very fast, the atmosphere quite nice. You can eat outside.
