Good food is reasonable priced. (Roast beef and potatoes were great.) Espresso very good. If you are looking for cheerful wait staff, this might not be the place for you - the guy who “might be” the manager seemed to be scolding all the guys on staff. No one seemed too happy (hopefully today is just an off day 🙃).

The food is good overall, but both the roasted pork and grilled salmon we ordered had a fishy/funky smell, which was really unpleasant. The iced shaken coffee, however, was absolutely amazing. Great value for money too!

The food is tasteless. My shrimp risotto was so horrible 😫. I only liked the busy street and people watching. The owner was only focused on having a good time and not on the kitchen. After 4 weeks in Italy this was the only bad meal. Loved Lucca, hated this restaurant. .much better places all over the city!

We hoped this would be a good value restaurant but found the food to be disappointing. My lasagna was essentially layers of pasta with rago on top. At least I wasn't charged for it. The waiters/waitresses preferred to talk to each other rather than keep a watchful eye on their customers. Maybe we had a bad experience but it appears other reviewers have had similar experiences.
