Brijesh Modasara★★★★★One of best places in Matera to have mini Calzones. You get super warm fresh Calzones on request. They have steam coming out from them. We ordered Guily, Giorgy, Ludo, Rosa. Each one of them is good. The lady taking our order was also very kind! Here people do not speak English so either learn some basic Italian or use Google Translate.

I only made one mistake, they were about to close and I only ordered 3 of them. Not only the filling is delicious but also the dough is something crunchly unusual. By the time I realized I didn't get one more, it was too late... Take me bake to the place we met ❤️
