The cheese quality, the texture of the dough and the brick oven heat... the lady owner was very sweet. We discovered coupons in our BnB room, so the meal was surprisingly cheap.

We got there 15 minutes before opening but the owner was so sweet and let us in and got seated. We had wonderful conversation with her. The food was also amazing, we had a plate of salami/prosciutto/olives to start and then our pizza's arrived...oh my, they were so good! Highly recommend this place. If I would be back in Modica I would return and try other things on the menu.

Pizza dough was very good as well, with a large selection of toppings available. Staff were very friendly and this is the best meal we have had during this trip.
