Nice overall but: no physical menus in the restaurant which is like a basement is not a good move - you need to order online via a QR code, and the website doesn’t load because there’s no reception inside. Waiting time of an hour for food, when there was just one other table in the restaurant. Each roll came within like 15-20 minutes of each other which made us wait a very long time until everyone had their meal. Service okay, doesn’t speak English and is overall slow for the service tip of 3 euro pp that is mandatory. Great options for gluten free people. Wouldn’t

We love sushi and this made a nice change from the more regional meat and cheese options, but even so, it surpassed expectation. If we ever come back to Perugia we will return 🙂
