The weather was perfect, it wasn’t too cold or too hot, and the menu had a wide variety of options. We ordered some pizza, pasta, and fries, and parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and olive oil is available as well at your table. The pizza was the best I’ve tasted in the country, with a good amount of cheese, and the crust is not too thin or not too thick either, being the most perfect texture right in the middle. The place was on calm street and in a shade, which so good in hot summer (we have been here in july 2025). When around Pisa, we will definitely run to visit this restaurant. Recommended.

Both the pizza and Regular lasagne Ragu were nice but nothing special and personally I would have preferred a slightly larger portion of lasagne. Carafe of wine available for €10 which gives two large glasses of wine and it was very nice which felt worth it.
