Pleasant atmosphere and amazing food! Unfortunately, we had an issue with a pasta dish for our child, which took over an hour to arrive due to the kitchen. However, I’m giving it 4 stars thanks to the waiter, who was great, highly professional, very attentive, and tried everything he could to remedy the situation. I recommend it for the taste, but I hope that in the future, children's orders will be prioritized!!

We tried to reserve a table for 9 people, but they told us they don’t take reservations. Still, they managed to find us a table, which we appreciated. The staff seemed a bit rushed when taking our drink and food orders. They left nearly 20 menus on the table, which honestly made things confusing for all of us—we didn’t know what to choose. The food itself was good, arrived on time, and was served to all of us at the same time. The main issue was with the billing. They wouldn’t split the bill based on each person’s order and could only divide it equally (which I understand is common in Europe).

I visited Sburoun Osteria e Cucina again this year, but unfortunately, it was disappointing compared to last year. The staff were excellent — friendly, professional, and welcoming, truly the best part of the restaurant. However, the food quality was poor and far below previous standards. The prices have increased a lot, and the value for money was not satisfactory. I really hope they return to their old quality, as the service team truly deserves better food to match their great hospitality.
