Элина Повицкая★We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered food and drinks, and while the drinks came fairly quickly, about 20 minutes later a waiter came back to tell us that 3 out of the 5 dishes we ordered weren’t available. The menu is already very small, so it’s hard to understand why they couldn’t inform us right away. By that time, we had already started drinking, so we had to pay for the drinks and leave to find another place to eat. The dishes on the menu were also quite confusing — nothing really classic or clear, just strange combinations that didn’t sound very appealin
Valentino Pacifici★★★★★The chef is incredible, the truffle dishes are made to perfection, according to the umbrian tradition
Rob Rossi★★★Not sure why the name, Carpe Diem? The establishment is a far way from seizing the day! The interior is dreary and tired and in desperate need of a deep clean. The menu has some local offal delicacies for the brave explorers. The environment did not instill the trust I needed to be adventurous. However, the Jamon Seranno served with bruschetta and tartufo was a great combination. The two cirioli dishes were disappointing for an area that prides itself on this type of pasta. Sadly not a franciacorta in sight!
Knud Stokbæk★★★★★I will thank the personal at Carpe Diem for an amazing seafood Christmas dinner 2021. All the dishes were well prepared, and the service was absolutely great. I can only recommend to visit the restaurant
