I asked one of the locals where they go for a slice of pizza near st marks square, without being ripped off. They sent me here, a very busy little pizza place, yet the line moved at a good pace. I had two generous slices of pizza and a bottle of water for €12. However I would recommend trying pizza with the famous Spritz drink, which was very popular. I would recommend.

This place was recommended all over social media so.i was really expecting a lot from it. It has more than one location in Venice but we weren't very lucky with this one. We got there at 12:30 and there was not much choice in pizza slices, and foccacia were already sold out i guess, coz i didn'r see any. The staff was in a rush and not very friendly. I asked about foccacias but never got an answer. I was rushed into ordering and the lady kinda threw the slices at me when ut was warmed up. Compared to other cities in Italy, Venice is definitely a bit more expensive, but this place was both more affordable and much tastier compared to many other places we tried. We loved it so much that we went twice during our trip. It was busy every time we visited, but people were constantly leaving, so if you wait a little, you can usually find a table.
