There are no evident flaws, the food is good. The Piccante with Gorgonzola and minced olives was really good, I suggest to try that. The condiments were really good, but the dough seemed a little undercooked. The chips were okay, even if the dip chips specifically needed some more parmigiano fonduta. The portions are good, even a little more than I can personally handle. The price-quality rate is in the norm.

I've been to Fermento both before and after the renovation, and also in the seaside area. The new place is very nice and well-organized, but a bit dark, due to the color scheme and the dim lighting. Aside from that, the staff is very courteous and friendly. We arrived half an hour late, and I called to let them know, but they were still polite. My favorite pizza is the spadapizza, with that special lemon oil they use. The quality/price ratio is fair. We paid €29 for two (fish pizza, Margherita, water, and service). The only thing is, I would have preferred less crust, but I'm not a pizza chef,
