What people say

My favorite actual speakeasy in Jordan. It’s like being transported to an old Irish pub!
After 8 is the oldest bar in Amman, known for its dark ambiance and vintage vibes, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a long day. With great music and an incredible atmosphere, it's the perfect place to chill.
Vintage old and just as cozy as it was years ago. Lovely calm ambience with food menu from the bar next door. Generous quantity and good taste. Alcohol prices are affordable. They play nostalgic 90s music

A great little bar with a super chill atmosphere for grabbing a drink with friends. The eclectic music selection of the night was retro electro synth, jazz and gospel, played as a listening party over original old-school sound equipment that gave everything a real 80s vibe. The prices are fair in comparison to other local bars/pubs and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

Very relaxed setting, good strong drinks and not too expensive. Good for just sitting and chatting. Theres no "menu" just order a drink and see if they can make it.

Cool bar that reminds me of my time in London. Small place underground, you'd walk past it if you didn't know it's there. They serve good beer (on tap and bottle) and bar food. Can get a little stuffy and filled with smoke. Good place to catch up with friends.

Local barman was amazing for our new years eve visit. A mix of locals and tourists in this great little pub. Only down side is the cost of alcohol! It's very expensive

Well, it is not exactly a recent review but i was surprised to find the bar is still operating. I used to go there regularly betweenn1977vand 1981 andcat the time it was owned by Wajdi, a very friendly Syrian fellow. Anybody know what happened to him?
