Really nice restaurant with a great atmosphere and very delicious food. Everything we ordered was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. The place itself is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. What really made the experience even better was the service. Our waiter, Nour, was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. She gave us many great recommendations and helped us choose the best dishes, and every suggestion was spot on. She was always smiling and made us feel very comfortable. Overall, a great dining experience with tasty food and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Honestly, it was a pretty average experience at Gavi. We ordered three types of bruschette (as you can see in the photos), but unfortunately none of them really stood out. The bread choice just didn’t work, and they ended up tasting and even looking, more like Spanish Pintxos, than proper bruschette. The pasta itself was cooked well, I’ll give them that. But it didn’t taste anything like a classic Bolognese. The meat was ground so finely that it almost had the texture of baby food, which completely took away from the dish. Truthfully the only good dish was the Vitello tonnato! Overall, I left feeling disappointed. I was expecting something more authentic and flavorful, but it just didn’t deliver.

Gavi is honestly one of the best Italian restaurants in Beirut. I’ve been there many times and it never disappoints. The food is amazing, the quality is always consistent, and the staff are super professional and friendly, which makes the experience even better. The menu has a lot of great options for everyone, and what makes it even more special is that they also offer sushi from Kampai. So you can enjoy Italian and Japanese food at the same time in one place. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food — highly recommended! 🤍🍝🍣

We had a great experience at Gavi Restaurant, and Nour made it even better. She was attentive, professional, and very friendly throughout the service. She understood exactly what we needed without being intrusive, and everything was handled smoothly. Definitely one of the reasons why we come repetitively.

Excellent service, tried the new lunch menu and it is superb. For 55$ you get a starter or a salad, pizza, pasta, main course and dessert. Salad, ravioli, pasta and starters were awesome, the tartuffo pizza was a little bit below average and the steak was super bad as it was overcooked although we wanted a medium one. Gave our comments to the manager and they offered to change our plates.

Tried out Gavi this past weekend on a Saturday night. The interior of the restaurant is absolutely stunning, with a very original ceiling & lighting design. We ordered a few items off the menu to share: - Gnocchi Pecorino (3/5) - Spaghetti al Pomodoro (4/5) - Pizza Vegetarian (4/5) - Pizza Quattro Formaggi (5/5) Service was a bit slow, and all items arrived at the same time, although we were sharing them so some plates got cold while we ate the others. Our waiter Bashir was more than helpful and friendly - make sure you sit in his section. Prices are above average for some platters (depending on portion sizes).
