I had a great experience here today and would definitely come back. I ordered the steak chimichurri, and the quality of the food was excellent, especially considering the affordable prices. The restaurant has a beautiful ocean view and a high-end atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. During my meal, I noticed a small hair in my salad. To be honest, it could very well have been mine, so I wasn’t upset. I simply let the staff know and only asked if they could replace the salad so we wouldn’t waste the rest of the meal. Instead, they insisted on replacing the entire dish, apologized sincerely, and handled the situation with genuine professionalism and kindness. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how a restaurant responds that really matters, and they handled it perfectly. The dessert was absolutely delicious and was the perfect way to end the meal. The restaurant has gone above and beyond providing convenience to parents that have children, featuring a well laid out indoor playground, amazing staff that take care of the kids. The food is good, love their salads, pizza and orange salmon. My only concern is that when busy the restaurant gets stuffy because of excess smoke, I suggest they allow customers to open windows because it’s hard to breathe in there sometimes.
